Our client at this property wanted a level outdoor area at the rear of his property, that maximised space and a low maintenance yard that looks pristine all year round.

We built a custom dual level merbau deck at the entrance to this client’s property and a larger dual level area at the rear for entertaining purposes.

The clients at this property wanted a mini makeover, to create a more tidy, presentable and easy to maintain outdoor space.

• Removal of unwanted trees and shrubs from the garden beds, to create light and space
• Preparation of the garden beds, adding good soil for nutrients
• Planting of ornamental pears and magnolias
• Removal of the old turf, prepared the soils, laid sir walter buffalo turf for instant effect
• Added mulch to the garden bed to create a finished aesthetic and to deter weeds

The garden at this new build property was a blank canvas. Upon completion of the garden, the property would be sold, so the garden needed to appeal to a wide range of buyers and maximise space.

We kept the design simple and clean, with some textural detail. The plants we chose included ornamental pears, lomandras, ficus to provide a clean, soft border and sir walter buffalo turf.
